Agreement and Duration
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between RTG Logistics LLC (the “Company”) and the individual or business entity (the “Carrier” or “Client”) using our services. The terms will remain in effect for the duration of the service contract or as long as the Carrier uses our dispatch services.
Carrier Responsibilities
As a Carrier, you agree to the following responsibilities:
Licensing and Insurance: You will maintain valid operating authority, a commercial driver’s license (CDL), and sufficient insurance coverage, including liability, cargo, and vehicle insurance.
Vehicle Standards: Your vehicle(s) must be compliant with all relevant industry standards and maintained to ensure safety and reliability.
Compliance with Regulations: You must adhere to all state and federal laws, including regulations on hours of service, driving, and safety standards.
Driver Qualifications: Drivers must be fully qualified, insured, and comply with all industry regulations.
Dispatch Company Responsibilities
RTG Logistics LLC will provide the following:
Load Coordination: We will source and assign available freight loads and communicate all necessary details to the Carrier.
Timely Communication: We will ensure clear and consistent communication regarding load assignments, pickup, and delivery details.
Payment Handling: We will ensure timely payment to the Carrier according to the agreed-upon rates.
Payment and Rates
Rates: The rate for our dispatch services will be either a flat fee or a percentage of the load payment, as specified in the service agreement.
Payment Terms: Payments are due within [insert payment term, e.g., “30 days”] of invoicing. Late payments may incur a penalty of [insert late fee percentage or flat fee].

Liability and Insurance

Termination
